Homemade Noodles, Grandma Falba Style

I remember when home pasta machines were all the rage. I was at Grandma’s house, it was during the holiday season and I’d told her how I’d had recently tried homemade pasta for the first time, how good it was and so on. Well! She reminded me that ALL the noodles I’d eaten at her house as a youngster were homemade. All these years later, I’m so pleased to find her noodles recipe to share.

Noodles

2 eggs well beaten
1/2 C milk
flour
Salt & B.P.

Mix to soft dough. Roll thin, boil 10 minutes.

B.P. has got to be black pepper. This recipe would make a much heartier version of her chop suey than a bag of dry, store-bought noodles!
